Grocery StoresThere are two small grocery stores located at the entrance to Akumal--Super Chomak and Mini Super El Pueblo. Both are stocked with American and Mexican brands of food and have a full assortment of deli meats and cheeses.
LaundryLaundry facility are located next to the Mini-Super El Pueblo. Peak GymStay in shape while you are on vacation. The gym is
fully equipped with both free weights and weight machines. Located in
Plaza Ukama 1.
Fresh Fruit and Vegetable MarketVisit the fresh fruit and vegetable market every Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm by the basketball court. Excellent produce for very reasonable prices. Money ExchangeThere is a TSA office next to the Akumal Dive Shop. TSA can also help with daily tours. Internet CafeStay in touch even when you are far away. The Internet Cafe is located about Peak Gym at Plaza Ukama 1. Kid's ClubWhen the kids need a break from Mom and Dad, they can spend a few hours at the Kid's Club. Located next to Lol Ha Restaurant and Akumal Bazar at Akumal Beach. The Kid's Club has an enclosed play area with toys and a class room--all for reasonable prices.
